2010 Annual Financial Report
Trifast plc ('Group' or Company') has today (18 August) published its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2010. This publication together with associated documents has been sent to shareholders on the Register as at 30 July 2010.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Company has today also submitted to the UK Listing Authority two copies of each of the following documents:
· Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010;
· The Notice of Annual General Meeting;
· The proposed New Articles of Association to be put to shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting; and
· The Form of Proxy.
These documents will, in due course, be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at: Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS, Tel: +44 (0)20 7066 1000.
The 2010 Annual Financial Report and related materials can also be viewed on the Company's website www.trifast.com. Printed copies can be obtained by writing to the Company Secretary at the Company's Registered office: Trifast House, Bellbrook Park, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QW or on request via the website.

Directors' responsibility statement
The responsibility statement below which has been approved by the Board has been prepared in connection with the Company's full Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010. Certain parts thereof are not included within this announcement.
"The Directors confirm that, to the best of their knowledge:
· the financial statements, prepared in accordance with IFRSs as adopted by the EU and applicable law, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and
· the Directors' Report includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face."
