Trifast plc - Director Resignation
Trifast plc announces that, Steven Franklin, has resigned and will step down
from the Board as Executive Director with immediate effect. He will leave the
Company at the end of August.
Steven joined Trifast in 1999 and was appointed to the Board in April 2001 to
take responsibility for TR Europe. Unfortunately, over the last twelve months,
the Group has experienced a major change in its business trading environment
which resulted in a significant re-structuring and cost down programme being
implemented.
