Director/PDMR Shareholding
Trinity Exploration & Production plc ("Trinity" or the "Company"), (Ticker Symbol: TRIN), the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it was informed yesterday of the following dealing by Bruce Dingwall, Executive Chairman of the Company:
Following a previous agreement entered into between Lacerta Enterprises Limited ('Lacerta') and Bruce Dingwall, 34,026 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, which Mr Dingwall had an indirect interest in by virtue of his shareholding in Lacerta, were transferred from Lacerta to Mr Dingwall as per his entitlement upon dissolution of Lacerta on 13 June 2013. Following this transfer Mr Dingwall is interested in 5,781,472 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.13 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
