Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN ), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that on 29 June 2022, Nicholas Clayton , Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 20,000 shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.0240 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Clayton is interested in 30,000 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.077 per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company as per the following table:
