Notice of Annual General Meeting and Publication of Annual Report & Accounts
Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today.
The AGM is to be held on Tuesday, 27 June 2023 at 10:00 a.m. British Summer Time at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, EC2A 4ES, United Kingdom.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.trinityexploration.com.
