Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that as at the 28 February 2023, the Company has 39,884,637 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each in issue, with 1,309,000 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each held in treasury. T herefore the total voting rights in the Company is 38,575,637.
This above figure of 38,575,637 is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
