Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc announced on 28 August 2018 the conversion of C Shares into new Ordinary Shares. As a result of the conversion, CCLA's percentage of voting rights has increased from 9.50% to 12.88% (crossing the 5-10% threshold to the 12-13% threshold).

 

The last disclosure was made on 10 August 2017 confirming a holding of 19,000,000 (9.50%).
