DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 2p per share to Venture Share Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 4 September 2023 to Venture Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4 August 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 3 August 2023.

The Company is a Venture Capital Trust incorporated in July 2010. The Investment Manager is Triple Point Investment Management LLP.
