                                 AGM STATEMENT

The Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection
control products, took place at 11am today, 15th November 2005.

Chairman Francisco Soler commented upon current trading as follows:

'Trading results for the first quarter of the current year were comfortably
ahead of the corresponding period in 2004 and are in line with expectations.
The prospects for the year remain encouraging.'
