Completion of Clean Room Construction & Notice of Results

Tristel plc , the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announced in October 2010, at the time of its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2010, its plan to expand its Newmarket production facility to double capacity and establish clean room manufacturing.

Tristel announces the completion of the construction and fit-out of its clean room and its handover by the contractor Clean Room Construction Limited.  The clean room enables the manufacture of sterile packed disinfectants, which form an integral part of Tristel's newly created portfolio of disinfectants and cleaning products, branded "Crystel".  These products enable Tristel to expand into the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Toiletries ("PCT") market having recruited a sales team focused on this market earlier in 2010.

The first sale of Crystel products has been achieved.

Tristel will announce its interim results for the six month period ended 31st December 2010 on Monday 14th March 2011.
