Director Appointment
Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), leading manufacturer of infection prevention products, announces the appointment of Caroline Stephens to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 January 2021.
Caroline's executive career has been spent in global healthcare, marketing, and digital transformation, working for Johnson & Johnson for 26 years in multiple leadership roles.
Caroline holds a board advisory role with global digital transformation consultants CI&T.
It is expected that Caroline will join Tristel's Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees.
