Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that on 18 October 2021, Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, and Liz Dixon, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 4,000 and 7,667 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively, at a price of 492.5 pence per share. Tristel also announces that David Orr, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 1,223 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company at a price of 490.5 pence per share.

As a result, Paul Swinney's beneficial interest in the Company is 704,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.49 per cent. of the total issued share capital.

Liz Dixon's beneficial interest in the Company is 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.53 per cent. of the total issued share capital.

David Orr's beneficial interest in the Company is 51,614 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
