                           Re. Dividend Payment Date


Further to yesterday's announcement of Preliminary Results for the year ended 30
June 2005, the proposed final dividend of 0.5 pence per share will be payable on
2 December 2005 to shareholders on the register on 4 November 2005 and the
shares will go ex-dividend on 2 November 2005.
