Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX), the only real estate investment trust giving pure exposure to very large logistics warehouse assets ("Big Boxes") in the UK, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the notice convening the Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM") have been sent to shareholders.

 

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 15 April 2015 at the offices of Taylor Wessing LLP, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW.

 

The Notice of AGM includes an explanation of the resolutions to be considered at the meeting.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.tritaxbigbox.co.uk. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and are available for viewing at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

 

The Company previously announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 23 February 2015.
