APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) (the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirsty Wilman as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 September 2024. Kirsty will join both the Audit & Risk and Management Engagement Committees upon her appointment.

 

Kirsty brings a wealth of experience having held senior operations and finance roles in the real estate industry.

 

Kirsty is the outgoing Chief Operations Officer in the real estate team at Federated Hermes, a role held since 2023. She joined Hermes Fund Managers in 2010 and held several finance and operations roles, including Business Director and Finance Director across Real Estate and Private Markets with responsibility for coordinating all legal, compliance, finance and operations support for private credit and real estate portfolios, business strategy and supporting the fund managers.

 

A Chartered Accountant by training, Kirsty was at Ernst and Young in Audit and Assurance, between 2005 and 2010, working with real estate and entrepreneurial clients. She began her career at Kingston Smith LLP from 2002 to 2005. She also holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate.

 

Kirsty has previously held a role as a Non-Executive Director of Real Estate Balance, the industry body campaigning for equity, diversity and inclusion.
