Cancellation of Share Premium Account and utilisation of Special Reserve

The Company announces that on 29 August 2014 the Court of Session confirmed the cancellation of the share premium account in accordance with the special resolution passed on 23 January 2014.

The special resolution authorised the Directors to apply to the Court of Session for an order to cancel the Company's share premium account, and to enable the application of the resulting distributable capital reserve to fund share buy-backs and make capital distributions.

The Court of Session has also confirmed that the Company's Special Reserve can be applied to fund share buy-backs and make capital distributions.
