Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, TIGT announces that with effect from 15 May 2014, Jann Brown, a non-executive director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee, is to be appointed as a non-executive director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominations Committee of John Wood Group PLC.

On the 15 May 2014, Jann Brown will also stand down as an Executive Director of Cairn Energy PLC.
