GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC


The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of
1.105p per share (2006 - 1.105p per share) in respect of the year to 30
September 2007 payable on 30 April 2007 to shareholders on the register at close
of business on 13 April 2007.
