Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.5p per share (2011 - 0.4725p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2012 payable on 27 July 2012 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 July 2012.

This third interim dividend represents a 5.8% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2011. As previously announced, it is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, that they will at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 0.5p per share for the full year to 30 September 2012.
