Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.575p per share (2014 - 0.55p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2015 payable on 31 July 2015 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 July 2015.

This third interim dividend represents a 4.5% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2014. As previously announced and as in previous years, it is the Board's intention to consider the final quarterly dividend before the financial year end of 30 September 2015. Barring unforeseen circumstances this will be at least at the current rate of 0.575p per share.
