Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 0.6p per share (2015 - 0.575p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2016 payable on 29 January 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 January 2016.

This first dividend represents a 4.3% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2015. It is the Board's intention, barring unforeseen circumstances, that they will at least maintain the quarterly dividend rate of 0.6p per share for the full year to 30 September 2016.
