GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC
The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of
0.6846p per share in respect of the year to 30 September 2007.
As announced in the recent prospectus, this first interim dividend relates to
the period from 1 October 2006 to the date immediately prior to the date of
Admission of the new shares to be issued under the Placing and Offer.
The dividend is payable on 31 January 2007 to shareholders on the register at
close of business on 24 November 2006, the date expected to be immediately prior
to the date of Admission of the new shares to be issued under the Placing and
Offer.
