The Company announces that, on 2 June 2010, 200,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each held in treasury were issued for cash at a price of 45.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

114,384,182 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

7,558,335 Ordinary shares held in treasury

121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
