The Company announces that, on 17 June 2011, 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each held in treasury were issued for cash at a price of 51.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

113,066,432 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

8,876,085 Ordinary shares held in treasury

121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
