PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

Troy Income & Growth Trust plc (the "Company") has today published a prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority in relation to further issues of up to 100,000,000 new ordinary shares (the "New Shares").  New Shares will be issued for the purposes of operating the Company's premium control policy. The Board is also committed to the continuing expansion of the Company which should benefit Shareholders by, for example, reducing the Company's total expense ratio.  The Company also intends to therefore issue New Shares to meet the Board's broader objective of continuing to grow the Company where suitable opportunities arise.
