Please note that the announcement released today at 12:27hrs (RNS No: 2710L) stated that the Ordinary shares had "no par value".  The Ordinary shares of Company are 25p and the announcement has now been updated to show this.  All other information within the announcement remains unchanged.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 April 2010 the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue is 114,834,182.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company also holds 7,108,335 shares in Treasury.
