GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend of 0.75p per share (2008 - 1.138p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2009 payable on 30 April 2009 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 14 April 2009.
