GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 24 June 2008 Glasgow Income Trust plc purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the market at 60.88 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

121,463,532 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) 

478,985 Ordinary shares held in treasury

121,942,517 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
