On 24 January 2014, Troy Income & Growth Trust plc bought back 300,000 ordinary shares in the market at a price of 61.50 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

234,428,445 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

7,629,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury
