On 6 April 2018, Troy Income & Growth Trust plc bought back 500,000 ordinary shares in the market at a price of 73.60 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

288,269,045 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

2,525,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury
