As described in paragraph 6.2 of the Additional Information section of the prospectus published by Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot") on 23 March 2021, Timothy Weller is a director of Sivota plc ("Sivota").
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Trustpilot announces that Timothy Weller's directorship of Sivota now constitutes a directorship of another publicly quoted company following the admission of Sivota's ordinary shares to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc
