Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 19 December 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 11 September 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").

Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

Since 11 September 2024, the Company has purchased 5,383,495 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£13,372,132.
