NOTICE OF PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF COVERED BONDS

to the holders of those of the

£750,000,000 Series 2019-1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due February 2024

(ISIN: XS1951430138)

 

issued by the Issuer presently outstanding

under the Issuer's £10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme

irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by
TSB Covered Bonds LLP

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Covered Bonds that in accordance with Conditions 6.9 (Purchases) and 6.10 (Cancellation), the Issuer has on 15 September 2023 cancelled £249,999,000 of the Series 2019-1 Covered Bonds it owns (the Cancelled Series 2019-1 Covered Bonds) and has surrendered to the Principal Paying Agent the Cancelled Series 2019-1 Covered Bonds for cancellation.

£500,001,000 of the Series 2019-1 Covered Bonds remain outstanding and continue to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Covered Bonds and in the Final Terms of the Series 2019-1 Covered Bonds dated 15 February 2019.
