                            Director's Shareholding


The Company has been notified that on 30 April 2007 J W Newman, Executive
Chairman of the Company, disposed of 6,750,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a
price of 230p per share.

Following this transaction J W Newman is beneficially interested in 9,492,627
ordinary shares, representing 6.1 per cent of the Company.


Commenting on the disposal John Newman said:

'While I have taken the decision to sell a portion of my holding at this time, I
remain a significant shareholder in the Company.'
