NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been notified of the following dealings of ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") by Warren Tucker (Chairman, Non-executive director and PDMR of the Company) and Kate Tucker (PCA of Warren Tucker), on 26 April 2022.

The transactions have been undertaken to move the shareholdings to a different investment vehicle. Prior to these transactions Warren Tucker's shareholding (including shares held by Kate Tucker) was 60,075 Shares. The net effect of these transactions is, therefore, zero.
