DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

TT electronics plc ('TT electronics') has been notified pursuant to the
Companies Act 1985 that on 7 April 2005, TT electronics granted options under
the 2004 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan ('the Plan') to the undermentioned
executive directors of TT electronics to subscribe for the following number of
shares of 25p each of TT electronics at 205.5p per share.
