Directorate Change

As previously announced, David Crowther will be retiring from the Board following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held later today.   John Shakeshaft will be appointed as Senior Independent Director upon David's retirement, whilst Michael Baunton and Stephen King will now join the Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committees respectively.  As previously announced, Stephen King will become Chairman of the Audit Committee.
