TT Electronics ("TT"), the global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, announces that Neil Carson has informed the Board of his intention to step down as Chairman of TT due to his increasing external commitments.
Neil, who is also non-executive chairman of Oxford Instruments plc and non-executive director of Royal Dutch Shell plc, joined TT as Chairman in May 2015 and has led the Board during a period of significant transformation. During Neil's chairmanship TT has become a higher quality and better-balanced business.
The formal process to find and appoint Neil's replacement has begun and Neil will continue as Chairman until a successor is appointed.
