DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

TT Group PLC ('TT Group') has been notified pursuant to Companies Act 1985, that
Mr J W Newman, a director of TT Group, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of
25p each of TT Group on 13 July 1999 and has become interested in such shares
accordingly.

TT Group has also been notified pursuant to Companies Act 1985 that following
such transactions Mr Newman is interested in 15,482,627 ordinary shares each of
25p each of TT Group (9.30 per cent) as follows:-
