DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

TT Group PLC ('TT Group') has been notified pursuant to the Companies Act 1985
that on 15 September 1999, TT Group granted options under the TT Group PLC 1996 
Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme ('the 1996 Scheme') to the
undermentioned executive directors of TT Group to subscribe for the following
number of shares of 25p each of TT Group at 136 per share.
