Wilfield Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Newship Group Limited. Prior to this notification, John Watson Newman held 19,573 shares directly. Following the acquisition of an additional 50,000 shares John Watson Newman now has a total direct holding of 69,573 shares. Newship Industries Limited holds 10,538,437 shares directly and Wilfield Limited holds 250,000 shares directly. John Watson Newman therefore controls voting rights over a total of 10,858,010 shares, i.e. 7.007%.
