TT electronics plc ("the Company") announces that on 24 September 2010 awards over Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"):

The awards are granted under the Company's Restricted Share Plan ("Plan").  No consideration is payable for the awards which will vest in three years from the date of grant, subject to continued employment.  Awards will be satisfied by market purchase of Shares. Executive Directors are not eligible to participate in the Plan.
