Total Voting Rights
This notification is given in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
The total number of ordinary shares of 25p of TT electronics plc ('the Company')
in issue as at the close of business on 31 July 2007 is 154,947,795 with each
share carrying the right to vote.
There are no shares held in treasury, and the total number of voting rights in
the Company is therefore 154,947,795.
The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification
obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
