Result of Annual General Meeting

Tufton Oceanic Assets announces the results of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 12:30 p.m. on 24 October 2023. Resolutions 1-11 inclusive were duly passed by way of a poll.

The full results of the AGM were as follows:

As at the date of the AGM, the number of ordinary shares in issue, and therefore the total number of voting rights was 294,782,541.
