Tufton Principals Increase Shareholdings

The Company notes that principals and staff of its Investment Manager, Tufton Investment Management Ltd ("Tufton"), acquired 225,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 7 February 2024. Tufton Shareholders* now hold directly or beneficially 12,169,702 shares compared with 11,210,831 shares as at 30 June 2023. Tufton Shareholders now hold 4.2% of the issued share capital in the Company compared with 3.7% as at 30 June 2023.
