Tullow announces that Steve Lucas (Non-executive Director) purchased 600 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of Tullow ('Shares') at a price of £8.53 per Share on the London Stock Exchange on 14 April 2014 which represents his total holding in Shares.  

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a).

The Company was informed by the Director listed above of the above transaction on 14 April 2014.
