Holding in Company



The Company has today been notified by Citigroup (on behalf of Standard Life
Investments) that, on 5 January 2007, Standard Life Investments acquired 721,121
shares ordinary shares of 10p each on behalf of Standard Life Group. This
increased the total shares held as a material interest by Standard Life to
26,688,042 shares representing 4.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
