A listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 1,761,744
Ordinary Shares of nominal value GB£0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow, to be
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and application has
been made to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to
trading.  These shares have been allotted following the exercise of share
options pursuant to the Tullow Oil plc 1988 Executive Share Option Scheme
