TwentyFour Income Fund Limited: Share Acquisition

As part of the Placing and Offer for Subscription, Twenty Four Income Fund (the "Company") was notified that the investment manager, TwentyFour Asset Management LLP has acquired 400,000 shares at 100 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). In addition, partners and employees of TwentyFour Asset Management LLP have acquired in aggregate 736,000 Shares.
