Tyman plc

Name Change Effective

The Board of Tyman plc (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that, with immediate effect, Lupus Capital plc has been renamed Tyman plc and the Group's website address is now www.tymanplc.com. 

From Monday 4 February 2013, the Group's London Stock Exchange Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") will change from LUP.L to TYMN.L.  Tyman plc shares will continue to be traded on the AiM market of the London Stock Exchange. 

Shareholdings are unaffected by the name change and existing share certificates should be retained, as they will remain valid for all purposes.  Any new share certificates issued after February 2013 will bear the name Tyman plc.

Tyman plc will announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on Tuesday 12 March 2013.
